About Us

Overcomer's Worship Center (OWC) began conducting worship service Sunday, November 7, 1999 in a consecrated conference room at the Shoney's Inn located at 2801 North Monroe Street, Tallahassee, Florida. The Church began with 10 founding members. While worshipping there, the ministry grew and the Lord blessed mightily.

The Lord continues to do great and mighty works through our Pastor and Founder, Dr. Demetrius Coley as he equips us all as ministers of the gospel. Presently OWC is marching forth to pursue the vision that has been made plain before us. We will continue to strategically reach the City of Tallahassee with the gospel of Jesus Christ by following the word of the Lord as spoken in II Chronicles 7:14 which reads . . .

" If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land."
