Our Vision

The vision to start Overcomer's Worship Center was given to our esteemed Pastor, Dr. Demetrius A. Coley. The Overcomer's Worship Center was birthed out of a Bible Class that had been held in the Tallahassee area. The Overcomer's Worship Center (OWC) began conducting worship service the first Sunday in November 1999 in a consecrated conference room at the Shoney's Inn located at 2801 North Monroe Street, Tallahassee, Florida . The Church began with its 10 founding members. While worshipping there the Lord blessed mightily.

The goal of this Church is to provide biblical instruction from the Word of God through preaching, teaching, and ministering to the hearts and minds of those who will receive it. We endeavor, in the future, to expand our outreach to include a radio broadcast, TV broadcast, and other forms of evangelism. There will be other components of the vision that will be brought to light in the future, but our whole focus is to WIN THE LOST!
